Backed by Sequoia and the founders & CEOs of DoorDash, Ironclad, and Digits, we are a small but ambitious team looking for a Founding GTM Operator to scale our law firm customer base. This role is critical in shaping our go-to-market motion, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is a scrappy operator who thrives in high-velocity environments and is eager to create the playbook that will make Finch a national brand.
What will you do?
- Drive law firm customer acquisition through outbound, presence at regional and national conferences, and partnerships
- Own demand generation by running marketing campaigns, identifying high-impact channels, and experimenting with scalable strategies
- Lead onboarding and post-sales efforts, ensuring customers are set up for success and become long-term advocates
- Work closely with product and operations to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap and optimize conversion and retention
- Build relationships with law firms by engaging them where they are, including travel to key legal industry events
- Operate in-person from our NYC office four days a week (unless traveling)
What skills and experience do you need?
- Experience in go-to-market, sales, partnerships, or growth within a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven ability to acquire and scale B2B customers, ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services
- Strong execution chops—comfortable running experiments, iterating quickly, and adapting strategies based on results
- A founder mindset—hands-on, resourceful, and able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
