What You’ll Be Doing

• Own Major Features: Take full responsibility for planning, development, testing, and release of core product capabilities.
• Innovate at Speed: Move fast and break barriers—without compromising on security or performance.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver on our product roadmap and shape our platform.
• Leverage Our Tech Stack: Build solutions using Python (Django), React, AWS, OpenAI, and more.
• NYC Office: Join us in person four days a week in our Manhattan office for hands-on cross-functional collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Track Record: You’ve built fast, secure, and reliable cloud/web applications in a production environment.
• Quality & Stability: You’re familiar with automated testing, observability, and monitoring best practices—and you integrate them into your workflow.
• Autonomy & Ownership: You thrive in ambiguous situations and have the confidence to tackle large projects independently, from design to deployment.
